Small residence with pool and unique view of Lake Como

I know the owner of this residence personally (we also rent out his adjacent residence no. 94) and during a nice dinner at his home he told about his plans for three new apartments. In reality it has become even more beautiful than in the drawings I saw then.

Of course it helps that the residence is located a little way up the mountain from where you have a breathtaking view of Lake Como. On the left you see the peaks of the Alps and on the right you can look up to Bellagio. It is located just above the village, so it is wonderfully quiet, but still close to the bustle of the lake. There are many water sports options in the area and you can go hiking and mountain biking in the mountains.

Pizzeria and minimarket within walking distance

Within walking distance of the holiday accommodation is a pizzeria with a beautiful view over the lake. I go there myself sometimes, the pizzas are not expensive and come straight from the wood oven! There is also a small minimarket 300 meters away, where you can walk to in the morning for fresh bread and other breakfast necessities. Down in the village on the lake are restaurants, supermarkets and shops and 12 km from the residence is a large indoor shopping center. Along the lake are pebble beaches where it is pleasantly busy in the summer and there are several bars and a surf school. No cars are allowed there either, so it is particularly child-friendly.

Being active or lazing around?

The surroundings of this accommodation are perfect for an active holiday. Beautiful mountain walks, long bike rides on an e-bike, learning to surf or adventurous sailing trips, it's all possible here. But also if you want to relax after a day at the lake, you are in the right place. What's better than enjoying the view with a cappuccino or glass of wine on the terrace of your own apartment?

Panoramic infinity pool

In front of the apartments is a pool of 3.5 x10 meters. A small glass wall gives you a beautiful view of the lake from the water and there is also a jacuzzi area.
The residence has a small playground which is shared with residence no. 94.

The apartments

The residence consists of 3 comfortable apartments next to each other, each with 2 bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed and open kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob and oven. All apartments are located on the ground floor and have their own panoramic terrace with table and chairs and a private BBQ. From your terrace you have a view of the pool, Lake Como and the mountains.

A comfortable residence that I can highly recommend to everyone because of its unique location, with the beautiful view of Lake Como and the proximity of a cozy village with pebble beaches.

And if you come with an electric car, you can charge it at a public charging station 200 meters from the accommodation.
