Agriturismo near the beach and not far from Venice

The owner was already waiting for me at the gate of this agriturismo. Fortunately, because the property is beautifully situated amidst farmland and is also somewhat hidden among trees,so that I could have easily missed it. I was so happy to have finally found a nice agriturismo in the Veneto. I had in fact long been looking for a comfortable property near Venice and the beach. And to my delight, this one did not disappoint me.

Proudly the owner, who lives in a nearby farm, shows me the recently renovated house. He tells me that once it was a small school and indeed you can still recognize this by its structure.

In the large shady garden surrounded by beautiful trees is a lovely swimming pool and a children's pool / hot tub. There are also two barbecues and some bicycles for guests. The surrounding countryside is ideal for cycling.

The house is located along the road that leads to the nearby seaside resort. It’s 8 km to this resort’s beach, but the nearest beach is only 3 km away. It is also easy to visit Venice and it's best to take the train. The owner is happy to explain how, where and at what time. There is a good restaurant only 500 metres from the property.

The apartments

The agriturismo has a total of five apartments, three on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The apartments on the ground floor have a private patio with table, chairs and pergolas. The two apartments on the first floor have a good large balcony / terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The apartments are equipped with many amenities such as airco, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and satellite TV.

This beautiful agriturismo is ideal for those who want to spend days enjoying the beach, a charming seaside resort and the glories of Venice alternating with days relaxing in the lovely garden.
