Beautiful Agriturismo in The Marche with panoramic views

This beautiful agriturismo is located on a hill with breathtaking views of the other hills. I was lucky because I visited it in good weather so I was able to enjoy the wonderful view before talking to the owners. The agriturismo is located in a quiet area, just 15 km from the sea. In less than half an hour you can reach the beach. The lively and welcoming seaside resort of Grottammare is only 18 km away and the beautiful city of Ascoli Piceno is only 40 km away! Both are worth a visit!

Pool and spa

In front of the agriturismo there is a not too big pool, with sun beds and umbrellas and a magnificent view.
There's also a lovely spa with an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, emo-showers, and massages. The first access to the wellness center is free (subsequent entrances and massages are for a fee and on request).
There is wifi and a children's corner with toys, books and TV.

The villa

The agriturismo has nine rooms. All have air conditioning and a large double bed, some have a reading area with a sofa bed. Six are on the first floor (some with balcony), three bedrooms are on the ground floor.
At guests' disposal there is a professional kitchen (which was previously used by the restaurant), a large dining room and a bar area with a professional coffee machine and tap water. You can also relax in the reading area where you will find sofas and TV and outside, under the veranda, you can spend lovely evenings.
Upon request and for a fee, breakfast and catering services for a dinner in the agriturismo are available.

The villa can only be rented for families or groups (for a maximum of 20 people).
