Agriturismo with restaurant and beautiful garden

I really enjoyed visiting this beautiful villa in Tuscany. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, who speaks fluent English in addition to Italian. A relief if you don't want to rely on your Italian and sign language. I was also warmly received by her cute dog, who accompanied us with her son on the tour of the agriturismo and the lovely garden. A garden with a lot of space to play for children!

Spacious garden with pool and nice places to relax

The apartments of the agriturismo are located in the white villa and next to the renovated hay barn. In the villa is also the restaurant: a beautiful room where breakfast is served (included in the price) and in high season (from mid-June to mid-September) also lunch and dinner (both for a fee). When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside, with a view of the pool and the hills in the background. The owners of the agriturismo also run another restaurant in the area and therefore they know well how to satisfy their customers: typical Tuscan dishes and products from the area, almost all km zero. The restaurant is also open to outsiders for lunch and dinner. So if you want to enjoy a meal at the agriturismo, I suggest to make a reservation.

The agriturismo has a large garden with many beautiful places to sit and relax. Children can run and play all day long. There is also a fenced pool.

After a wonderful day out, it is nice to go back to the agriturismo and enjoy a swim or a glass of wine in the garden. On request you can use the shared barbecue. Bicycles are available on request, allowing you to make beautiful trips in the area.

Near a typical Tuscan village

At 1 km from the agriturismo is a village where you can find two small restaurants, a few shops and a small supermarket for daily shopping. A stone's throw from the agriturismo (about 800 meters) is a typical Tuscan trattoria, where meals are served at long tables outside. This trattoria is only open for lunch and is very popular so I suggest to book a table in advance. The restaurant can be reached by a path from the agriturismo. There is also a bus stop near the agriturismo where you can take the bus to Arezzo (half an hour, 12 km). Florence is about 65 km away and Siena 60 km.

The apartments

The agriturismo has 8 apartments, 3 on the ground floor, 1 on the second floor, especially suitable for young couples, and the other 3 on the first floor of the villa. They are all so-called bilocali apartments: one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Two apartments have a mezzanine in the bedroom with two extra beds. All apartments have a dishwasher, WiFi, TV and oven. Some apartments have air conditioning. The ground floor apartments have an outdoor seating area. Guests of the apartments on the first and second floor can use the covered terrace on the first floor of the villa. Or one of the beautiful seats in the garden. Furthermore, on request, it is possible to get a table with chairs in the garden for outdoor dining.

Beautiful agriturismo with lovely furnished apartments, friendly owners and an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy the Tuscan cuisine. Children and dogs can play and run in complete safety in the huge garden. A small village with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
